Our Training Programs

Compassionate Grieving was founded by AmarAtma Singh, a Grief Specialist with a visionary approach to healing loss and empowering the grieving journey. Our mission is to redefine how we see, feel, and process grief through an approach rooted in compassion, heart-centered healing, and the integration of AmarAtma’s signature methodologies. We believe that grief and letting go are essential life skills that have never been taught. We believe grief is not the problem - instead, we believe the true enemy of grief is the stigma, judgment and shame that continue to perpetuate our culture and society around grief and emotions.
