When love gets suppressed, it turns inward, creating an ache of separation within. The Compassionate Grieving™ Membership is a sacred space to let love flow again , through the body, through the breath, through the heart.

This membership offers two interwoven pathways to healing:
  • Somatic Relief for Grief: movement, breath, and energy practices to bring relief through the body
  • HeartFULL Reflections: guided writing experiences to give your grief a voice and help it breathe

Together, they create a tender, embodied rhythm of healing balancing physical relief with emotional expression.

What's Included?

Somatic Relief For Grief Classes
1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 5pm PST / 8pm EST

A 60-minute movement focused class using evidence-based, mind-body techniques drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, meridian theory, along with Ayurveda, yoga, and pranayama. These gentle practices guide your body toward balance and help emotions move through rather than remain trapped within. Each class is recorded and replays made available within 48 hours. All previous sessions are available to you as well. 

HeartFULL Reflections
2nd Fridays, 11am PST / 2pm EST

A 45-minute guided reflection series where writing becomes medicine. Using carefully curated prompts, you’ll transform internal tension into tenderness allowing your grief to breathe and your heart to speak.

Hello! I’m AmarAtma, Grief Specialist, Chaplain, and Integrative Mind-Body expert

My relationship with grief began early. For years, I carried pain I didn’t know how to name. It showed up in my body as tension, exhaustion, and anxiety that I couldn’t explain. My body was grieving long before I had the language for it. Learning how to breathe, move, and listen to what my body was trying to say became my path back to peace — and the foundation for the work I now share.

For over fifteen years, I have sat with people in their most tender moments, in hospitals, homes, and healing circles, helping them discover that grief is not the end of love but its evolution.

My work is born from the belief that grief is sacred. It is not something to fix or manage, but something to listen to. Through mind-body medicine, somatic practice, and spiritual wisdom, I help you reconnect with your body’s innate capacity to heal because healing grief is healing life itself.

I like to think of myself as an emotional scuba diver, guiding you beneath the surface where truth, tenderness, and transformation live. Together we learn that when love stops flowing, grief begins, and when we give grief permission to move, love begins to flow again.
